I am a mover and choreographer interested in curating contemporary and modern works developed from movement research and explorations of physical sensation.

 I approach both my choreography and improvisational endeavors by chasing curiosity. Physically, I focus on momentum inside the body, relief through movement, and submission to gravity, seeking to merge the tenets of Countertechnique and Gaga Methodiks. 

Through movement research-based choreography, I strive to present a visual experience while creating a visceral exploration for a cast of dancers.  I believe that movement exploration is a source of individual freedom. By holding space for more dancers to discover their artistry, I believe my contribution to the dance community will develop greater autonomy in artists and dancers alike.
